We at Balloon Metainfo XR are developing a kind of Metaverse browser for smart phones and web that is based on React & Unity. Our first application is "Balloon-Events” , the world's first map and AR based event calendar.

Must Haves / Technical
- Unity for Mobile Development
- Basic understanding of mathematics (transformation between coordinate systems, vector arithmetics)
- Familiar with development in C#
- Work Permit for Austria
- You are experienced and like to communicate with your team
- Experienced in working with git/GitLab/GitHub or willing to learn
- You feel comfortable describing tasks, issues, bugs etc.
- Very good English Skills in writing and speech
- You are able to work independently on specific development Issues and like to network with the global development community.
- Unity AR Foundation, UnrealEngine, React, XCode
- Understanding of API Connections between Frontend (Unity, React…) and Backend
- Understanding of Geolocation (for instance calculation of distances between POIs etc.)
- Coordinate systems, transformations, Kalman filter
- Basic understanding for Geodata like for surface models; Global coordinate system and differences between global and local coordinate systems
Minimum salary for this position is € 48.000 gross per year, based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with experience and qualification. Participation in Development Conferences and an Education Budget can be agreed on.
