WORK YOU’LL DOAs a Sustainability Reporting Specialist, you will work as part of a team that focuses on sustainability advisory and reporting and helps our clients on their journey towards more mature ESG reporting. It requires you to have a strong command of the ESG reporting regulatory environment and assurance standards, while bringing innovative ideas and solutions to our clients that will truly make an impact on their business and society as a whole.
Responsibilities:
Help clients navigate the evolving landscape of ESG regulations and advise on ESG reporting best practices
Participate in discussions with clients to identify ESG risks and opportunities from a business perspective and shape the reporting requirements
Integrate the new regulatory reporting (e.g. ECB) and sustainability reporting requirements (e.g. EFRAG, ISSB, TCFD, GRI, SASB) into internal and external reports
Align client’s sustainability ambitions with a compliant, yet value-driven reporting framework
Provide end-to-end support of large-scale Sustainability-driven transformation activities
Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to co-create solutions
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
Build new skills and strengthen your expertise with unparalleled training and support
Contribute to further development of our services in sustainable finance and ESG regulation
WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
Degree in economics, computer science, engineering, mathematics or relevant majors in the areas of sustainability, finance, accounting or risk management
At least 3 years of professional experience at consulting companies, banks, insurance companies, asset managers or relevant sustainability institutions, together with experience in sustainable finance
Experience on ESG data modelling and reporting
Experience on commercial ESG reporting platforms
Experience on the area of ESG data providers (i.e. Refinitiv, Bloomberg, ICAP etc.)
Experience to produce ESG reports for internal purposes i.e. Board Committees, CEO, ExCo, ESG Management Committee etc.
Experience to produce reports for external regulatory purposes
Experience in the preparation of ESG annual sustainability report
Experience in the target set of climate pledges for 2030
Experience in setup, conduct and execute of materiality analysis. (internal and external stakeholders point of view)
Experience in carbon footprint collection process and appropriate calculation methodology
Experience in Green House Emissions and possible developments for the GHG summary report that shall include:
Emission overview, split by emission source, geography etc.
Identification of emission hotspots
Performance trends/analysis
Target setting introduction
Areas for further focus and next steps
Ability to think innovatively and design and deliver client oriented digital solutions
Ability to work with stakeholders to understand their need and build trusted relationships
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
Ability to perform well under pressure and with defined timelines and milestones
Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities
Advanced verbal communication skills; ability to articulate your thoughts, ideas, and develop a point of view about your work.
