Job Description

Engineer Manager (Printing) (60K–80K) (SDG-89856)
ผู้จัดการวิศวกร (การพิมพ์)

<Job Responsibilities>

• Managing jobs in Engineering department
• Create and control department's tooling stock, budget, expense.
• Lead and planning TPM and Energy Management Projects.
• Participate in New project evaluation/Development.
• Support technical matters of Production Department for Production Process Improvement.
• Design/modify/improve/innovate the production machines including installation and set up until able to use effectively in the production processes

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 40 - 50 years old

• Bachelor's degree or Higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
• Have experience in overall Engineering in production manufacturing for at least 7 years
• Hands on experiences in engineering operation process
• Have experience in management level at least 3 years.
• Good command in English (occasionally contact with overseas suppliers)

<In details>

• Good computer skill and design program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Leadership, Positive & Systematic, Strategic thinking skills.
• TPM knowledge (ISO) and experience in continuous improvement.
• Able to work under pressure responsibility & response to due time.
• Able to work in the factory to fix the machine.
• Have knowledge about PLC and AutoCAD

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>

• Printing and Packaging Machine will be a plus
• Cost reduction experiences

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>

• การจัดการงานในแผนกวิศวกรรม
• สร้างและควบคุมสต๊อกเครื่องมือ, งบประมาณ, ค่าใช้จ่ายของแผนก
• เป็นผู้นำและวางแผนโครงการ TPM และการจัดการพลังงาน
• เข้าร่วมในการประเมินโครงการใหม่ / การพัฒนา
• สนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคของฝ่ายผลิตเพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต
• ออกแบบ/แก้ไข/ปรับปรุง/คิดค้นเครื่องจักรในการผลิต รวมทั้งติดตั้งและตั้งค่าจนสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพในกระบวนการผลิต

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , เพศชาย , อายุ 40 - 50 ปี

• วุฒิปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาเครื่องกลหรือไฟฟ้า
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านวิศวกรรมโดยรวมในการผลิตอย่างน้อย 7 ปี
• ประสบการณ์ตรงในกระบวนการปฏิบัติงานทางวิศวกรรม
• มีประสบการณ์ในระดับบริหารอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
• สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ติดต่อกับซัพพลายเออร์ต่างประเทศเป็นครั้งคราว)

<รายละเอียด>

• สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมออกแบบได้ดี (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• ความเป็นผู้นำ, ทักษะเชิงบวกและเป็นระบบ, ทักษะการคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์
• ความรู้ TPM (ISO) และประสบการณ์ในการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความรับผิดชอบที่กดดันและตอบสนองต่อเวลาที่กำหนดได้
• สามารถทำงานในโรงงานเพื่อซ่อมเครื่องจักรได้
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ PLC และ AutoCAD

• เครื่องพิมพ์และบรรจุภัณฑ์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ประสบการณ์การลดต้นทุน
