Job Title: Financial Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team of Tealers. The ideal candidate should be a business school graduate with 3 to 4 years' experience in an IT sector or multinational company.
The role of the Financial Analyst will be to analyze financial data and provide insights to the management team to make informed business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management to improve financial performance
- Prepare financial reports and presentations to stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets
- Analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Provide support to the accounting team with AP/AR operations and cash payables
- Perform variance analysis and identify trends to improve financial performance
- Develop financial models and conduct sensitivity analysis
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance from an accredited university
- 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in a multinational company or similar sector preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting
- Experience with AP/AR operations and cash payables
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools
