Events Coordinator [Bahrain]


 

Event sales coordinator are the point-of-contact for all event details. Sell and coordinate events on behalf of the company. They handle customer inquiries and are the point-of-contact for all event details. Event sales coordinator oversee the collective coordination of all event information and resources, and are responsible for account management, sales prospecting and business development.

Job Role

  • Organizing and attending client sales meeting
  • Demonstrating and presenting products
  • Determining a client's business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable
  • Developing Sales Business plan, forecasts and progress reports
  • Meeting Monthly Sales KPI
  • Supporting the companies solutions and services
  • Client technical support
  • Acquiring/Developing new products and solution
  • Customer Cold calls
  • Establishing new business
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Attending exhibitions, conferences and meetings
  • Developing Proposals and Presentations
  • negotiating contracts and packages
  • Developing product content for marketing
  • ICT Project Management

Requirements 

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role 
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery 
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans 
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management 
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills 
  • Familiarity with quality assurance control 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner 
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools.
