Job Description
Location: Shah Alam, Malaysia
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the FLPO-TA direction and the business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and People Partner (PP) to understand workforce requirements and create effective recruitment plans and agree on onboarding timelines.
  • Identify the manpower planning and right strategy approach to target potential candidates and to perform sourcing activities using various channels such as social media tools, online recruitment sites, headhunters, employment agencies and employee referrals.
  • Filtering job applications and shortlisting candidates against the job requirements
  • Scheduling and arranging interviews with the shortlisted candidates.
  • Ensuring that the background checks and Pre-employment Medical checks are completed prior to offer stage and that Offer Letters are prepared accurately and timely for successful candidates.
  • Utilize data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and to make data-driven decisions.
  • To drive recruitment processes to meet HR KPIs’.
  • Manage related HR recruitment reports as required.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 2 years of full spectrum Talent Acquisition experience preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Blue Collar hirings experience is a prefered.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good in excel, Power Point & Power BI
  • Possess sound analytical skills
