Could you be the full-time Supplier Delivery Performance Manager in Wien, Austria we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Bianca Grulich (Site Supply Chain Director, Wien), and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
Day-to-day, you’ll work animate the Supplier Delivery Performance.
You’ll specifically contribute to Supplier Delivery risks assessment & management. As main responsibility will be the ad-hoc evaluation of the capabilities & to lead Supplier Delivery Performance improvement plan.
We’ll look to you for:
Animate Delivery performance with main stakeholders
Perform on targeted Suppliers root causes analysis to understand non-performance
If required, drive Capacity and/or Supply Chain Capability assessments
Implement and follow up recovery actions if any
Define and follow up action plan to improve Supplier Delivery performance
Lead Resident program when required
Ensure Action Plan report and update for Top Worst Suppliers
Collaborate with other SDPM in case of multi-Sites impact
Coordinate activities and involve main stakeholders in case of major delivery issue
Train and coach Material Planners on different SDPM topics
Drive Light Supply Chain Audit and Capacity Assessment when required
Drive Full Supply Chain Audit when required
Contribute to Supplier delivery risks assessments and follow up mitigation plan when involved

3-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Procurement
Excellent knowledge in Excel and other Office applications
Fluent in English, Medium knowledge of German

The minimum salary for this position is € 3.400,86 gross/month (14 x) for full-time employment according to the collective bargaining agreement. Overpayment depends on relevant work experience and qualifications.
